DevOrbit is a blog. Maybe just another blog under tens of thousands of blogs. But we also want to share our opinions with other people, so we created this blog and write about web development, SEO, marketing, things that we think are pretty cool, and … I think you get where we are going.
Who is we?
We are two guys that live in Germany at the moment. Our hobby passion is to do Websites, web applications and all that stuff. This explains us in more detail:
Sebastian Hoitz
Sebastian Hoitz is 18 years old. Besides developing in PHP, xHTML and all that website stuff, he loves to play drums, read good books and blogs and hang out with friends. He first heard about HTML at the age of 8, when he got a book called “Webseiten für Anfänger” which pretty much means “Websites for newbies”. He found that book that interesting, that he started to develop “webpages” if you want to call them that way. Eventually, at some point he stumbled upon PHP and MySQL, CSS and JavaScript.

Thomas Schaaf
Thomas Schaaf is 16 years old and lived most of his life in Germany from 2001 to 2004 he lived in Sunnyvale, CA where he came across website creation. After moving back to Germany he met Sebastian who got him interested in web development with PHP and made him buy the book “PHP fuer Kids”. When I’m not in front of the Computer I hang out with friends.
